If you or your lending institution has specific enviromnental requirements, Tri-State will incorporate these requirements into the Phase I Report (including Freddie Mac & Fannie Mae requirements).
In addition, the following services are also available to Tri-State clients as part of the Phase I inspection:

| Phase II Environmental Site Assessment |
If a Phase II is required, site specific testing will be performed based on the findings of our Phase I Report, or the lending institution's requirements. A Phase II Site Assessment will determine if contamination in fact does exist, and to what extent.

Based on the Phase II test results, recommendations regarding site remediation and clean-up will be provided in a comprehensive written report.

Tri-State's staff is experienced in Corrective Action Planning, Brownfield Development Programs, and the management/overseeing of contaminated site remediations from leaking underground storage tanks, superfund clean-ups, etc.
Our field presence will assure proper procedures are followed during the site remediation in accordance with federal, state and local requirements.
