Phase I Environmental Site Assessments

Tri-State's Phase I Environmental Site Assessment is designed to meet all the requirements of the ASTM Standard for Commercial Property Transactions, and to satisfy one of the requirements to establish the Innocent Landowner Defense for protection against CERCLA liability. This includes, but is not limited to:

Phase II Environmental Site Assessments

If a Phase II is required, site specific testing will be performed based on the findings of our Phase I Report, or the lending institution's requirements. A Phase II Site Assessment will determine if contamination in fact does exist, and to what extent.

Site Remediation

Tri-State's staff is experienced in Corrective Action Planning, Brownfield Development Programs, and management/overseeing of contaminated site remediations from leaking underground storage tanks, superfund restoration, etc.

Our field presence will assure proper procedures are followed during the site remediation in accordance with federal, state and local requirements, and help expedite closure.
